Terms of Service

1. Who we are

TravelGlobe (travelglobe.video) is operated by Aleksandr Manukyan, sole proprietor (entreprise individuelle) registered in France ("we", "us"). Contact: support@travelglobe.video.

2. The service

TravelGlobe lets you create animated travel-map videos in your browser. The editor and watermarked 720p exports are free. A one-time payment unlocks a specific trip: higher resolutions and frame rates, no watermark, and all vehicles and map styles for that trip, with unlimited re-exports. Video rendering happens on your device; signed-in users' trips are stored in our cloud so they sync across browsers.

3. Your account

Some features require an account (a valid email address and password). You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. You can request deletion of your account at any time by emailing us.

4. Purchases and payments

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), our merchant of record — Paddle is the seller of record for your purchase, and Paddle's checkout terms apply alongside these. The full price, including any applicable VAT or sales tax, is shown at checkout before you pay. We never see your card details. Trip unlocks are one-time purchases tied to your account and the specific trip; they are not subscriptions and never renew. See our Refund Policy.

5. Your content

Trips you create and videos you export are yours, including for commercial use. You grant us the limited right to store and process your trip data solely to provide the service. Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors; the attribution shown in exported videos must not be removed.

6. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no attempts to circumvent payment, disrupt or overload our infrastructure, or use the service for unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it available and your data safe, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted operation and, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Changes

We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be announced on the site or by email. If you continue to use the service after a change takes effect, the updated terms apply.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the protections of your country of residence's mandatory consumer law. If we have a dispute, contact us first — we resolve almost everything by email. French consumers may also use consumer mediation (médiation de la consommation).
